Agree with and are committed to the mission, philosophy and intent of the Corporation and to advancing the work of the Corporation;
Participate regularly in monthly meetings, either in person, or by telephone through conference call arrangements to be made by staff;
Contribute to the work of the Corporation, especially through its Working Groups;
Pay their annual dues, which should ordinarily be financial, according to the means of the members, but which may be paid through in-kind pro bono work;
And meet any additional membership criteria the Board may determine in the future.
All persons participate in their individual capacity.
The Board may determine by Board Resolution to establish a category of Institutional Members, and determine corresponding qualifications, responsibilities, and privileges.
The persons or institutions who request membership in the Corporation, will be notified by the Board Membership Committee, or the person the Board designates, of their membership by email correspondence.
Members are able to vote during Monthly Meetings.
Members may and are expected to attend the Annual Meeting where the Members will elect the Board, approve the Budget and the next year’s strategic plan, and where they will receive reports from the Board and the Executive Director.
