Regular meetings of Labor Ministers are now part of the G20 process, but employment and inequality issues are frequently pushed aside by other concerns at G20 Summits and Finance Ministers’ meetings. This event aims to raise the profile of policy proposals for reducing unemployment and inequality in G20 countries, with two sessions: first, with a panel of G20 country representatives; and second, with a panel of experts from national and international organizations.
